Create a signiture in Gmail

Gmail logo 1Question: How do I create a signature in Gmail?

Answer: You can create yourself a signature in Gmail by doing the following:
1) Log into your Gmail account.
2) Click on ‘Settings’ which is located at the top right hand corner.
3) In the “Generals’ tab, under the Signature heading, untick ‘No Signature’ and tick the option below it. Then type your signature in the box provided below.
4) Scroll down the page and click ‘Save Changes’
